IF YOU DO NOT OBTAIN THE CODE as required AND choose to PAY THE DEPOSIT, REFUNDS WILL BE LESS THE PROCESSING FEE AND FEE AMOUNT the business has incurred for your improper booking. The name of the company you purchased the voucher is the code unless told otherwise. All other single use clients can book normally paying the required deposit.

Cancellation Policy

If appointment is not canceled a minimum of 24 hours, you are subject to fees and or loss of deposit. No call no shows are charged 100% of service cost this includes those with promotional vouchers as well. Refer to confirmation email for cancellation details.
