When there is a raffle associated to the event you can opt in for two free raffle tickets. Enjoy your 10-15% discount in addition to Happy Hour Thursday sales and promotions if the service totals a minimum of $10. Lash fills are never on sale and the only discount provided to the fills will be the 10%. 30% off a service of your choice on your birthday. One Free Facial on your annual renewal. Max Value of $55. When booking package deals such as wax services you can apply your 15% discount. Eye Slayed’s Members only discount is different from wax memberships and cannot be combined with that members discount. All of this for one initial payment of $19.99 and then $19.99 monthly. Your membership will auto renew every year with an annual fee of the $19.99.

Cancellation Policy

If appointment is not canceled a minimum of 24 hours, you are subject to fees and or loss of deposit. No call no shows are charged 100% of service cost this includes those with promotional vouchers as well. Refer to confirmation email for cancellation details.
